deliveries

we really really don't want to send your new little plant friend through the post. in our experience this leads to too much damage and disappointment, so we opt to hand deliver. this way we get to say hello and at least smile and wave when handing over the little dude to his new home ...and we try our very best to get your new little plant guy to you as quickly as possible.  in order to keep delivery charges as low as possible we aim to deliver most orders when we have a group of the little guys together.  it's always more fun to go on a road trip with your pals. if you have any special delivery requirements though, access times, garden sheds, tricky parking spots or secret door knocks please leave a note in the special instructions section at checkout. we will contact you on the day of delivery with a time slot so you can greet your new pal in person.

returns & exchanges

there is a natural variation between the items we show and the little guys you will receive.  due to the fragile nature of both plants and pots, sometimes damage can happen during delivery. we are more than happy to replace or refund should this happen, just drop us an email with a little pic of the issue and we will sort this out. phill@littleplantguys.co.uk we have a 7 day guarantee after delivery. these are living items and we cannot take responsibility for neglect or poor care after this time. care tips for your new little plant guy is on the care info page, we try to keep it light and simple, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to help out.
